Licensing and Code Contributions 

Tungsten Projects

Tungsten projects are licensed under terms of the Gnu Public License (GPL), Version 2.0. We do not allow direct check-ins to Tungsten as the code is dual licensed.  We do gladly accept  patches contributed under the terms of the Continuent Contributor Agreement.  Please read and sign the agreement, then contact us to submit a patch if you desire.

Sequoia and Hedera Projects

Sequoia and Hedera licensed under terms of the Apache License, Version 2.0.  Outside contributions are accepted and encouraged. Every contributor remains holder of his copyright but grants the usage of the code under the terms of the Apache License.

Both projects may import libraries in binary format that can be subject to the terms of other licenses (BSD, LGPL, ...).  However, we do not accept libraries with a viral license such as the GPL in this project.

Bristlecone Project

Bristlecone is licensed under terms of the Gnu Public License (GPL), Version 2.0.  We welcome contributions to Bristlecone.  Please join the project and help make it better!
