Subscriptions Pricing

Subscriptions are per-server licenses to operate Tungsten Enterprise. Subscriptions operate for any term including month-to-month, annual, and multi-year. The longer subscription you sign up for and the more servers, the cheaper it gets.

Tungsten Enterprise Annual Subscription

• Tungsten Enterprise Software plus 24/7 Support - $5,000 per database server/year. Volume and academic discounts apply. Specialized SLAs are also available.
• Tungsten Enterprise Disaster Recovery Servers - $3,000 per database server/year. Passive, hot stand-by servers without active read traffic.
• Tungsten Enterprise Site License - Contact us for a quote. Unlimited number of Tungsten Enterprise servers in a single data center)

Important note: Subscriptions with support include all tasks and help required to meet the 24x7 support SLA. Tasks like cluster design, deployment, system upgrade, trouble-shooting user applications and tuning databases are consulting engagements.

Consulting Pricing

Base consulting rates are $300/hour or $2,000/day; rates decrease with the length of term. Contracts are available in any length starting in increments of a single hour and may be capped to prevent overruns. The more you sign up for, the cheaper it gets.
