Support

We offer technical support for our customers that have a subscription or a consulting agreement with us.

To access support:

  • Access Continuent Support Portal to submit issues as tickets. This will ensure correct customer information, complete details about the issue, and will help our team with resolving your issue.

There are three easy ways to submit a new ticket:

  • Submit a case at support.continuent.com
  • Send an This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with a descriptive subject and some background of the problem.  You may include logs as an attachment for us to review
  • Call our help desk at (866) 998-3642 and open a support case.
