There are three ways to get technical support (for contract customers only):

  • Submit a case at https://continuent.zendesk.com with a descriptive subject, some background of the problem and ideally attach the resulting zip file from the tpm diag command. This is the preferred method and will get you the fastest response.
  • Send an email to with a descriptive subject, some background of the problem and ideally attach the resulting zip file from the tpm diag command.
  • Call our company number at +1 (415) 529-4901 and press 1 to leave a voicemail for Support. Note this will not activate our ticketing system.
